The pre season clash at Priory Lane gave fans their first look at their new summer signings, as Dave Morris named a 37 man squad, and they did not disappoint, with centres Ross Neal and Ben Mosses both bagging braces on their debuts and Joe Luca Smith, Ewan McQuillin and Dan George all crossing the whitewash. Basil Strang also got his first run out, despite having only just joined up with his new side, slotting 5 conversions in a 5o minute performance that saw him play at both fly half and fullback.
